Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Carpet and upholstery cleaning 
• Prepare floors to clean, buff, or refinish them
• Perform buffing and refinishing activities to ensure that designated floors are kept shiny and clean
• Operate floor care equipment such as automatic scrubbers, floor machines, and dry vacuums
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Notify building management of any repairs required
• Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions properly
• Multi surface/Window cleaning
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• As an HVAC Duct Cleaning Technician, you provide expert residential duct cleaning services and perform duct inspections before and after service.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Ensure clear two-way communication with crew chief and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns).
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
• General cleaning, Coverage for janitorial accounts 

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary
• Successfully pass a pre-employment dug screening
• 1+ years' preferred experience in HVAC cleaning
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Willing to work in various weather conditions
• Detail and service-oriented
• Ability to successfully complete a full background check subject to applicable law
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work

Physical and Work Environment Requirements: 

• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Exposure to chemicals
• Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
• Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects

Pay: $15 per hour/based off experience. Experience preferred, not required.Hours: Full Time, Flexible hours. Needs availability to work both weekends and nights/evenings occasionally.   Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
