POSITION SUMMARY  

The Steamboat Grand is looking for people who enjoy working with others in a calm, happy and productive environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES  

• Repair small appliances like TV’s, telephones, and light fixtures. 

• Preform basic plumbing including sink and shower repairs 

• Basic carpentry includes drywall patching and painting. 

• Electrical duties can include small component replacements and circuit trouble shooting 

• Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of HVAC systems throughout the property. 

• Perform in-house repairs on commercial kitchen appliances as needed. 

• Support the maintenance of mechanical systems including boilers, chillers, and air handlers, particularly during periods of low guest room repair activity 

• Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements 

• Other duties as assigned
