Position Summary
The Sr. Analyst position will report to the Sr. Manager and provide support to the treasury systems team. This position will have a focus on a high degree of analysis dealing with complex treasury systems and the company treasury workstation. In this role, the Sr. Analyst will work across the enterprise to develop partnerships with business lines to update and enhance complex treasury systems and databases. This position will work closely with the Corporate Treasury liquidity team on complex daily cash positions, create, and support the GL feeds for various ledgers and provide accurate reporting to upper management. Using various treasury systems, the candidate will identify and look for ways to create process improvements. This position will prepare bank fee projections and perform research and analysis as may be required by leadership. The Sr. Analyst will also be responsible for financial planning and budgeting process of the company’s monthly and annual bank fees. The Sr. Analyst will coordinate and participate in the design, testing, implementation and review of complex treasury systems and processes. The Sr. Analyst will also be responsible for the setup/configuration of user provisioning, electronic payments, cash pools groups, bank accounts, GL strings and templates, worksheet layouts and categories, investment, and debt portfolios in the treasury workstation. The Sr. Analyst will assist the treasury security team (TSA) with user access setups in all banking portals as well as supporting the TSA application. The Sr. Analyst will also support upper management in various ad hoc analysis, as required.
- Responsible for the daily management of the treasury systems; work with vendor and banks to investigate issues, create daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting, update and support exiting system configurations, provide guidance to liquidity and Investment management teams on all treasury related systems. Create, review, and backup a daily and weekly GL feeds to various ledgers, support bank and payment file setup and processing. Partner with business lines to reconcile variances of the GL feeds, identify areas of opportunities for adjustments and improvement.
- Responsible for the management and ongoing maintenance of the bank fee forecast model, look for opportunities to enhance and updating based on quarterly forecast cycles and real time trend projections. Partner closely with Treasury FP&A team to reconcile bank fee forecast to S4. Develop new bank fee forecast models to assist with financial planning and budgeting process.
- Responsible for month-end close and quarterly bank fee forecast activities. Analyze, reconcile, and review monthly bank fee invoices, identifying and rectifying all discrepancies with all our banking partners.
- Provide system support to the treasury department to update, enhance, and trouble shoot complex treasury systems, databases, and financial models.
- Will be responsible for treasury workstation configuration of all static data, Investment and debt portfolios setups, cash pool groups, payment file setups, bai file setups, GL string updates, system BTM rules, business unit setups, account setups, user provisioning, and worksheet layouts and categories.
Required Qualification
- 1-3 years of Financial analysis experience and/or Accounting background
- 1-3 years of experiences with Relational Database (SAAS)
- 3-5 years of Microsoft Office Suite experience

- SAP
- Experience with Access Database/ SQL database
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Database knowledge/support
- Strong written and oral communication skills, across various levels of management
Skill in:

- MS Access DB
- Proven ability to multi-task, work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
