As part of the Hospital Patient Monitoring Business Operations team, you will work directly with Business Excellence (Lean/Continuous Improvement focus), Business Insights and Analytics (Broad Portfolio: PowerBI, advanced analytics, AI, python, etc.), and various PMOs (Project Management Offices) and become a critical part of Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring Artificial Intelligence Journey.
Your role:
Lead complex, cross-functional projects across multiple business categories, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Provide comprehensive oversight to deliver strategic outcomes effectively.
Develop and implement advanced data strategies, including methodologies for analysis and criteria evaluation. Drive efficiency and actionable insights with minimal supervision.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by documenting and validating statistical trending procedures. Maintain rigorous adherence during audits and data governance initiatives.
Optimize internal processes and infrastructure through automation, pipeline enhancements, and scalable architecture redesign. Improve performance and reliability using modern technologies.
Collaborate and provide expert guidance on data analysis, trending methodologies, and governance frameworks. Support strategic decisions through actionable insights and advanced analytics.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s or 3+ years of experience with a Master’s in areas such as Data Analytics, AI, Data Engineering or equivalent. Experience working with these platforms highly preferred: AWS, Azure, OpenAI, DataBricks, Snowflake, and Copilot.
You have demonstrated AI proficiency by delivering 5+ deployed AI projects, explaining the problem solved, the AI solution used (tools, frameworks, GenAI or other), showing the solution in action, and highlighting the quantifiable value you achieved.
You can walk into an environment with a solid tech stack foundation, a backlog of use cases ready to prioritize and execute, and the ability to start adding value in a very short amount of time.

You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies to evolving business needs.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
