A caregiver in this role will serve as a Program Manager III within the Pharmacy department, supporting enterprise-wide project management initiatives. This position will oversee 1–5 concurrent projects, including key efforts such as the Unified Operations campus, 340B rebate model, and home medications policy rollout, in partnership with a peer Program Manager. Responsibilities include leading the full project lifecycle from initiation through completion, coordinating meetings and stakeholder alignment, tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables, and ensuring accountability through consistent follow-up and status reporting. The role will also support the development of reporting tools, dashboards, and executive presentations while identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities.
A caregiver in this role will work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with no weekends, holidays or float requirements.

Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.
Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside the community.
Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and 5 years of related experience
OR Master’s degree and 4 years of experience
Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development
Strong presentation, communication and training skills
