- Capable of leveraging the larger Oracle Financial community effectively, gather and analyze information and resolve business issues across the organization
- Financial presentations to the business/finance leadership, preparation of detailed analysis, summarize key findings and recommendations
- Work closely and collaboratively with Finance, Operations, and business teams

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years finance experience. MBA Preferred.
- Excellent understanding of cloud and infrastructure
- Self-starter. takes initiative to achieve valuable results and ability to track the progress of multiple inquires and tasks optimally.
- Result oriented. Ability to translate ideas into operational steps and follow through to closure.
- Excellent analytic skills, attention to detail. Ability to turn data into Insights.
- Ability to thrive in an environment with ambiguity and change.
- Ability to stay organized; prioritize objectives in a multifaceted and exciting environment.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing
- Self-directed, proactive with ability to multi-task. Ability to context switch and work with shades of grey
- Expert level skills in Excel and Power Point. Experience with Data Visualization tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment
- Upbeat and positive demeanor in the face of stress.

US: Hiring Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
