Utility Yard Worker- Part Time Summer Groundskeeper

Job Summary

The Utility Yard Worker Summer Groundskeeper is responsible for assorted maintenance including maintaining clean and well-groomed grounds around facility. Perfect for high school and college students as well as retirees.

 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.

• Mows grass and clips weeds to keep landscaping of facility in top condition.
• Paints equipment and buildings for preventive maintenance.
• Maintains clean area around dumpsters; picks up trash; dumps and cleans trash barrels.
• Responsible for familiarity and observation of all company safety rules and regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must have driver's license.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Work well with others in a team environment.
• Dependable; reliable.
• Agricultural experience preferred.
• Prior janitorial experience preferred.
