Director of Product Design (SaaS)

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role focused on defining the end-to-end product experience of an enterprise SaaS platform powered by AI-driven customer intelligence. You will shape how users interact with complex data systems, transforming them into intuitive, habit-forming, and commercially effective workflows. The role sits at the intersection of product design, user psychology, and growth strategy, where design decisions directly influence adoption, retention, and revenue expansion. You will own the design system and ensure consistency across dashboards, analytics, and enterprise workflows at scale. Rather than focusing on surface-level UI, you will architect deep product experiences that drive usage frequency and multi-department engagement. Working closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams, you will translate complex functionality into elegant, high-performing user experiences.
