Job Description:
TD Securities Corporate and Investment Banking provides a full range of financial advisory and capital-raising services to corporate and institutional clients globally. Our Global Capital Markets division works closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver product-agnostic solutions to complex issues. We operate in public and private markets, providing fixed-income, equity, and derivative solutions with partner organizations across the TD footprint, while always focusing on delivering what's best for the client.
Position Overview:
In this role you will report to the head of Global Capital Markets to support the strategy and execution of the business. The role will involve internal coordination, strategic analysis and presentation, communications management, and other executive support. The ideal candidate will combine financial acumen, leadership experience, and strong interpersonal skills to operate effectively across a complex, fast-paced environment.
Key Accountabilities:
More specifically, the role will require you to:
- Partner with the Global Capital Markets leadership team to define and drive strategic priorities with the rest of Corporate and Investment Banking, Global Markets, and other partner groups.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor performance metrics and client pipelines to inform decision-making.
- Lead or support key business initiatives, transformation projects and cross-functional programs.
- Prepare internal and external communications, including strategic presentations, board materials, and leadership briefings.
- Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders across the firm.
- Track and drive progress on critical projects and deliverables, ensuring executives are kept informed.
- Oversee and support meeting agendas, invitations, pre-read materials, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items as needed.
- Provide confidential support and act as a trusted advisor on sensitive and high-priority matters.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, business heads, and partners across the Capital Markets business and other corporate functions
- Use sophisticated analysis and judgement to identify solutions for complex problems.
Job Requirements:
- Five+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy or a similar high-performance environment. Capital markets experience is a significant plus.
- Strong understanding of financial markets.

- Proven track record of managing strategic projects and working closely with senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple, often shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
