Technical Recruiter

The Swift Group is looking for a Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment of fully cleared (TS/SCI w/Polygraph security clearance) technical positions. The primary focus of recruitment will be for the following skillsets: data science, software/systems engineering, cyber security, development, and other related skillsets. The recruiter will strive to achieve and exceed recruiting metrics and demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond to support hiring goals at the company. The successful candidate will develop and maintain relationships externally and internally to the company. 

Key responsibilities:

• Recruit, develop, and maintain a candidate pipeline for data scientist, data engineers, software engineers & developers, cyber security engineers, DevOps engineers, and other similar technical skillsets for current and future openings. 
• Manage a high volume of requisitions.
• Adhere to relevant tracking and compliance requirements.
• Work with a sense of urgency and have a strong work ethic.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience 
• Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment 
• Proficiency in Microsoft office 
• Experience with known Applicant Tracking Systems 
• Understand of EEO and OFCCP regulations and compliance
• Experience sourcing and identifying new talent
• Ability and willingness to work in an in office setting
• Bachelors degree
• Experience recruiting in the Intelligence Community space for candidates with Polygraph clearances
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a US government security clearance
