About This Role

We’re looking for a Senior Analytics Associate to join our growing team and make an immediate impact on our customer acquisition process. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing team to drive performance across key advertising platforms—including Google, Meta, Yelp, Nextdoor, and Thumbtack—and improve conversion throughout the customer journey.

  • Work with Product, Web, and Growth Marketing teams to ensure proper set-up and optimization of campaigns towards key events using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and ad platforms. Tie anonymous events to our customers to enable tracking of the entire customer journey.

  • Work with the Growth Marketing team to develop, refine, and optimize our programmatic budget adjustment strategy. Efficiently match our variable labor supply to the budgeting process, ensuring we get the right customers, in the right place, at the right time, at the right cost.

  • Design and run A/B tests to improve the performance and efficiency of our advertising campaigns.

  • Partner with our in-house Marketing and Product teams to identify analytical needs and design scalable data solutions that drive decision-making.

  • Develop accurate models to forecast regional demand needs based on variable labor supply and make marketing budget adjustments accordingly.

  • Conduct in-depth analyses to surface performance trends, key drivers, anomalies, and optimization opportunities across paid and organic marketing channels.

  • Implement experiments to measure incrementality of ad campaigns and marketing efforts.

  • Create and maintain robust dashboards and visualizations to help marketing team members and broader business stakeholders answer recurring questions and act on business insights.

  • Develop SQL queries and perform ad hoc data analyses.

  • Develop and maintain robust documentation and best practices while enforcing data quality standards and governance processes.

  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the Analytics function across the organization, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and strategic insights.
