As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient support to clients on financial matters.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responding to client inquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner</li> <li>Assisting clients with their financial queries, including but not limited to, account balances, transaction history, and payment processing</li> <li>Educating clients on our products and services and providing ongoing support</li> <li>Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction</li> <li>Maintaining accurate and complete client records</li> <li>Investigating and resolving client issues and complaints</li> <li>Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain quality of service</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field will be a benefit</li> <li>At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a financial setting</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li> <li>Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite</li> <li>Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Private medical insurance</li> <li>Continuous training and development of your skills</li> <li>A place where your professional and personal success is our commitment</li> </ul>
