You will be responsible for finding opportunities for improvement, analysing business processes, and providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making. Your expertise in analyzing business operations, analytical skills and facilitating communication among partners will be important in delivering effective solutions that improve organizational performance.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>You will use data analysis tools to interpret and visualize data, providing actionable insights to support business objectives.</p></li><li><p>You will create reports and dashboards for stakeholder review.</p></li><li><p>You will collaborate with partners to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.</p></li><li><p>You will lead workshops and meetings to brainstorm solutions and develop consensus among partners.</p></li><li><p>You will evaluate current business processes and workflows.</p></li><li><p>You will design and propose solutions that meet business needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.</p></li><li><p>You will identify process improvement ideas following investigative, analytic or diagnostic activities.</p></li><li><p>You will assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring, participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress, challenges, and next steps.</p></li><li><p>You will maintain a clear and concise documentation, which is accessible to relevant collaborators.</p></li><li><p>You will build and maintain strong relationships with key collaborators, facilitate conversations to ensure continuous communication and alignment.</p></li><li><p>You will ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Candidate Profile / Key Skills:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role focused on business alignment, ideally within the workforce area.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, technically savvy and knowledgeable of data analysis tools and business process modelling techniques, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.</p></li><li><p>You will support transformation of the I&amp;C business with thorough analysis and execution.</p></li><li><p>A focus on problem-solving and data interpretation.</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal and <span>relationship-building</span> skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and various collaborators, applying consistent logic and analysis to various product, infrastructure, people, and process dimensions.</p></li><li><p>Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Benefits</b>:</p><p></p><p>We are looking for intellectually curious people, passionate about the bigger picture of how technology industry is evolving, ready to ask difficult questions and deal with complicated scenarios!
