Process Engineer

Job Title: Process Engineer

Experience: 2-3 years in chemical manufacturing, liquid foods, or pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee productivity, process yields, and performance to meet production goals efficiently.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance throughput, quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery.
• Train and support operators, and provide production supervision in the absence of the Production Leader.
• Act as the manufacturing representative to the Business Unit, handling new product introductions, customer issue resolutions, and production capability clarifications.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in chemical manufacturing, liquid foods, or pharmaceuticals.
