Senior Solution Consultant – Recruitment Incentive Programs

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement innovative incentive programs tailored to recruitment and hiring teams.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and requirements related to recruitment performance.
  
• Develop strategies to improve recruitment team performance using incentive-based models.
  
• Lead the implementation of solutions leveraging Salesforce (preferred) or other technologies.
  
• Analyze incentive criteria and explore creative options to drive high performance in recruitment teams.
  
• Integrate various internal systems to consolidate and analyze data for actionable insights.
  
• Build comprehensive dashboards and reports to track recruitment metrics and incentive effectiveness.
  
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in recruitment performance optimization and incentive design.
  

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in solution consulting with a focus on recruitment and hiring team optimization.
  
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing incentive programs for recruitment teams.
  
• Strong knowledge of incentive criteria, models, and strategies to enhance performance.
  
• Proficiency in integrating internal systems to enable seamless data flow and analysis.
  
• Advanced skills in data analysis, metrics generation, and creating insightful reports.
  
• Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and its tools for automation, integration, and reporting.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to lead complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with third-party integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar.
  
• Knowledge of advanced analytics tools and techniques.
