This role promotes clinical excellence, ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and supports the professional development of the clinical team to improve client outcomes.</p> <p><strong>Reports to:</strong> Regional Director of Operations (RDO)</p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>Duties include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Provide clinical supervision and day-to-day oversight to licensed professionals and behavioral health staff within assigned programs or locations</li> <li>Ensure adherence to treatment models, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, state licensure standards, and accreditation bodies</li> <li>Conduct regular chart reviews, case consultations, and clinical audits to ensure effective, ethical, and evidence-based service delivery</li> <li>Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to clinical staff to promote professional growth and high-quality care</li> <li>Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of clinical team members</li> <li>Monitor clinical performance metrics, client outcomes, and compliance indicators; work with staff to implement action plans when needed</li> <li>Collaborate with program leadership and quality improvement teams to address service delivery challenges and enhance client engagement</li> <li>Assist in crisis intervention and provide guidance on complex or high-risk cases</li> <li>Stay current on behavioral health trends, best practices, and licensure requirements</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Travel required (up to 50%, depending on location)</li> <li>Primarily on-site at assigned treatment center(s).</li> <li>May include occasional travel for training, meetings, o
