Our team believes in every client’s ability to achieve recovery and rebuild meaningful, engaged lives in their communities.</div></div><h2><strong>HIRING BONUS - $7,000</strong></h2> <p><strong>Position:&nbsp;</strong>Clinical Supervisor</p> <p><strong>Job Summary: </strong>The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care by providing supervision, guidance, and support to licensed therapists, social workers, and clinical support staff. This role promotes clinical excellence, ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and supports the professional development of the clinical team to improve client outcomes.</p> <p><strong>Reports to:</strong> Regional Director of Operations (RDO)</p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>Duties include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Provide clinical supervision and day-to-day oversight to licensed professionals and behavioral health staff within assigned programs or locations</li> <li>Ensure adherence to treatment models, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, state licensure standards, and accreditation bodies</li> <li>Conduct regular chart reviews, case consultations, and clinical audits to ensure effective, ethical, and evidence-based service delivery</li> <li>Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to clinical staff to promote professional growth and high-quality care</li> <li>Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of clinical team members</li> <li>Monitor clinical performance metrics, client outcomes, and compliance indicators; work with staff to implement action plans when needed</li> <li>Collaborate with program leadership and quality improvement teams to address service delivery challenges and enhance client engagement</li> <li>Assist in crisis intervention and provide guidance on complex or high-risk cases</li> <li>Stay current on behavioral health trends, best practices, and licensure requirements</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Travel required (up to 50%, depending on location)</li> <li>Primarily on-site at assigned treatment center(s).</li> <li>May include occasional travel for training, meetings, o
