Sr. Financial Planner - 2nd Shift(11am-8pm)

***PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 2ND SHIFT POSITION 11AM-8PM, MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE HOURS IN YOUR TIME ZONE***

As a Sr. Financial Planner at Facet, you will work directly with members as their financial life coach, helping them improve their lives by empowering them to reach their financial goals, both big and small. You will not only be responsible for providing sound, comprehensive financial advice and guidance, but for helping members make sense of their financial lives in actionable ways.

Your Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

• Serve as a financial life coach for members to help them identify their passions and achieve their goals/objectives by providing comprehensive financial planning and a high-quality member experience during every interaction
• Foster strong relationships with members via videoconference, phone, and e-mail by building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and timely responses
• Prepare for member meetings by collecting, organizing, and synthesizing member data within a financial planning context, all while using our in-house technology
• Partner with team members to manage operational items including assisting with reviewing member portfolios and recommending investment solutions based on member risk/goals, coordinating member withdrawal needs and tax strategies for assets
• Provide comprehensive advice on critical planning topics including cash flow planning, debt management, investment management and other personalized needs
• Continuously monitor and review members’ financial performance, making adjustments and recommendations as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, ensuring high-quality financial advising
• A successful planner will not only offer great comprehensive advice but also play an influential role to guide members on recommendations

Requirements

• CFP® designation
• 3-5+ years of member facing financial planning experience
• Exceptional typing/written communication skills a must
• Available to work 2nd shift hours between 11am-8pm daily to meet with our members
• Must have excellent computer skills along with the ability to learn in-house software and tools
• Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team, balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and demonstrate exceptional time and calendar management skills
• Must be able to meet and consistently maintain the minimum WiFi standards in order to efficiently work in the Company’s environment, and effect quality online connections
• A minimum of 15+Mbps upload speed, 50Mbps download speed, and a latency of under 100
• If these WiFi speeds are not met, it will be the employee’s responsibility to troubleshoot and potentially upgrade to meet the minimum speed
