JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide security awareness program that go beyond compliance to foster a proactive security culture.

• Design and deliver innovative, role-specific awareness campaigns using diverse methods (e.g., print, video, in-person, gamification, social media, and computer-based training) tailored to different learning styles and business functions.

• Collaborate with business units and identify security ambassadors to extend the program’s reach and influence across the organization.

• Align awareness efforts with IT risk priorities and the incident response plan to reduce human-related security risks and improve response effectiveness.

• Measure program effectiveness through behavioral change metrics, incident response outcomes, and risk reduction indicators; report findings to leadership.

• Communicate with clarity and impact, demonstrating marketing-level messaging and corporate communication skills to engage all levels of the organization.

• Build strong relationships across departments and geographies, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for security awareness.

• Continuously improve awareness processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate redundancy.

• Plan and execute engaging events and initiatives that reinforce security messaging and drive employee participation.

• Manage and maintain the security awareness training platform to ensure seamless delivery and tracking of awareness content.

• Provide regular updates to management, contribute to strategic planning, and participate in cross-functional projects to support broader security goals.

• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive data, IT systems, and proprietary information.

• Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices across the global security team and broader organization.

• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
