JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Donald P. Bellisario College of Communications at Pennsylvania State University invites applicants to develop and revise sports journalism courses for the college’s online portfolio of programs.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism or a related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience: We are seeking applicants with extensive sports journalism experience to develop a series of online courses for the college. The ideal candidate will also have online course development experience with expertise in online pedagogy. There is potential for candidates to teach online courses with this position, as well, so prior online teaching experience is preferred.
