Changes and deviations here carry downstream into the cell manufacturing process, and the data we collect from finished cells makes it one of the most demanding and consequential processes we run. As the dedicated owner of this process, you will operate, troubleshoot, and improve the equipment and protocols that produce anode, cathode, and separator slurries, working day to day with operators, supervisors and fellow process engineers.
