OCI Network Capacity and Planning is currently in need of a Senior Manager to lead Network Rack Execution. Our Network Rack Execution team is responsible for strategic decisions that impact network hardware planning and order execution. We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Manager who embodies OCI’s values and can lead a talented team of technical program managers. This leader will drive the team toward success, all while working closely with both internal and external stakeholders across OCI. Prior experience in managing cross-org programs as well as leading teams and people are essential prerequisites for you to be successful in this role. This role also requires a passion for problem-solving, the flexibility to shift with business priorities, and unrivaled attention to detail.
Specific responsibilities for this role include:
- Hire, lead, manage, and develop a team of 7-10 technical program managers
- Create and drive standard frameworks of execution across cross-org programs
- Continually refine dashboards, status reporting, and data presentation methods
- Educate, coach, and mentor program managers
- Provide opportunities for employee visibility and career growth
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to team programs being executed
- Interpret business challenges, create process mapping, analyze potential improvements, and translate these into best practices and solutions
- 3-5 years of experience in the Telecom, Datacenter, or Cloud Infrastructure industries
- 1-4 years of direct experience managing a team
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and business operations
- Experience building and growing teams of individual contributors
- The ability to document your decisions and recommendations to internal technical leadership as well as VPs and SVPs
- Outstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, and presentations
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) at different levels within an organization
- High ownership with a strong bias for action
- Experience with cloud services, networking, or SaaS products
- Ability to think broadly and strategically
- Able to identify and resolve process, procedure, and tool gaps to improve overall program success
- Experience using agile software development practices and associated tooling
- Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
- Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment
- Drive a culture of using data insights to help drive decision-making
- Create and automate reporting and processes
- Highly analytical and able to learn new tools and software quickly
- Ability to identify and remove blockers

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range: from $109,100 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
