We are seeking a dedicated and professional Client Service Associate to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. This role is essential to ensuring our clients receive top-notch support and that their experiences with our services are seamless and productive. As a Client Service Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and work closely with our design and strategy teams to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Manage client accounts and ensure project deadlines and expectations are met
Gather feedback and relay it to internal teams for continuous improvement
Prepare and maintain client documentation, reports, and service records
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and status updates with clients and teams
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in customer service, account management, or client relations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
