Pay Range: $67,000 - $95,000
As an Associate Brand Manager, you will support the execution of brand strategy while helping drive business performance. This role focuses on supporting product development and contributing to go-to-market initiatives. You will become a category expert with a thorough understanding of the target consumer, competitive landscape, customer strategies, and sales environment to help lead key initiatives. What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
Business and Product Management:
- Support day-to-day business management for the brand portfolio, including tracking sales and profit performance.
- Analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance data to identify trends and recommend actions.
- Support brand-level reporting & analysis, both for regularly scheduled meetings and for ad-hoc requests.
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to support S&OP and forecasting processes.
- Maintain, build and enhance Power BI dashboards to support brand reporting and decision-making.
Insights and Strategy:
- Assist in translating brand and business objectives into actionable plans that support long-term growth.
- Leverage consumer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Use research and insights to identify whitespace opportunities and help refine product concepts.
- Support the development and tracking of annual brand plans, including key performance indicators and success metrics.
Innovation and Product Development:
- Support the execution of the product roadmap, including new product launches, product refreshes, and end-of-life planning.
- Serve as the brand lead on cross-functional product development teams, partnering with Product Development, Product Communications, Supply Chain, and PMO.
- Assist in developing business cases for new products, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives.
- Support new product projects through the stage-gate process, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consumer needs.
Channel and Customer Support:
- Act as the product expert for internal teams, including Sales, Brand Activation, and Customer Marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop go-to-market strategies and launch assets.
- Assist in the development of sales tools, training materials, and retail content to drive in-market success.
- Build advocacy across internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of corporate experience in marketing, product development, sales, or finance.
