Technical Project Management, Lead Associate

Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Technical Project Management, Lead Associate to work in San Diego for a hybrid position.

 

What you will do:

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

What you will need: 

• 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD
• U.S. citizenship, must be able to obtain a DOD Secret security clearance.

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
