Pharmacy Operations Analyst II

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Implement business strategies aimed at improving processes, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify issues and providing management recommendations for areas of improvement.
• Provide training and support to peers on new processes, systems, and general onboarding.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Ensure that all business processes comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Serve as the liaison with various internal and external business partners to understand business needs.  
   

Job Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent work experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience. 

Experience

• 3 years of experience in a health care driven industry required
• 2 years of experience in a related field such as operations, technical, project management, product or other related field required

Skills/Certifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Possess strong analytical, technical, and decision making skills
• Ability to meet schedule deadlines and departmental goals
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles, and accountability
• Must possess ability to maintain professional relationship with vendors and other external partners

Pharmacy Management is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Operations Analyst II with a proven track record of enhancing operations through data analysis and process improvement. In this role, you will help coordinate projects between business and technical areas to achieve on-time and on-spec project completions. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
