Build a more connected, data-driven organization by transforming complex enterprise data into clear, actionable, and trusted insights. This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, reporting, visualization, and AI-enabled decision support—shaping how leaders across Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, and HR understand performance, identify risks, and unlock growth opportunities.

Job Overview

As Director - Reporting & Visualization, you will lead a high-impact organization responsible for enterprise-critical reporting and insight delivery. You will own the end-to-end experience of insight consumption—from metric definition, data curation, and governance through storytelling, visualization, and interactive exploration. Success in this role means leaders rely on data daily to drive decisions, rather than requesting one-off or static reports. You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on guidance, continuously evolving reporting into intuitive, insight-driven products powered by modern visualization and AI.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and develop large, diverse teams responsible for enterprise reporting, visualization, and analytics products.

  • Own the clarity, trust, and usefulness of executive dashboards, operational scorecards, and drill-down performance views.

  • Translate complex trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities into concise narratives and visuals consumable in minutes.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, and HR leaders to align reporting with real decision-making needs.

  • Evolve static dashboards into intuitive, role-based visual products that guide interpretation and action.

  • Establish enterprise standards for visualization, metric definition, hierarchy, and storytelling.

  • Champion the use of AI and advanced analytics to automate data curation, validate metrics, surface anomalies, and identify key drivers.

  • Enable conversational and self-service reporting experiences that reduce manual analysis and ad-hoc report requests.

  • Oversee data integrity, governance, discrepancy resolution, and audit readiness across systems.

  • Influence hiring, performance management, promotions, and compensation decisions for direct and indirect reports.

What you’ll need

  • Advanced proficiency with analytical and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI (or similar), Python, and modern analytics platforms.

  • Strong experience designing and managing data repositories, data interfaces, business rules, and data mappings.

  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets using statistical and quantitative methods.

  • Expertise in data validation, discrepancy resolution, and data quality assurance across multiple systems.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering executive-level reporting, dashboards, and visual analytics products.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of related professional experience in analytics, data management, reporting, or data strategy roles.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams, including people managers and senior professionals.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect insights to measurable business outcomes.

  • Experience embedding AI or advanced analytics into reporting and decision workflows is a plus.
