- Manage cross-functional infrastructure information technology programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas.
- develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery of technical hardware and/or software solutions.
- provide hands-on program management during the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and post-implementation phases of the projects assigned.
- perform risk management and change management on projects.
- provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks assigned.
- Furthermore, they will drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
- interface with the Engineering T earn and external business owners for project requirements and scope.
- drive product decisions to align with high company initiatives.
- plan technical software and system hardware product requirements with internal teams and develop the project execution plan.
- oversee technical solutions and software development lifecycle end-to-end, project plans and ensure on-time delivery and provide hands on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.
- Telecommute from home is permitted.
- Domestic and International Travel Required 5%.
- Requires a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics or related field and 3 years of work experience in job offered or computer-related occupation
- Requires 3 years of experience in the following:
- 1. Project management or program management
- 2. External facing production systems for high traffic websites and services
- 3. Working at scale and with 24x7 production operations
- 4. Working with highly technical management teams
- 5. Building relationships and collaborating with a diverse, cross-functional team
- 6. Large-scale systems
- 7. Writing code in C++ and Python
