Our location in Culver, Indiana is on the shore of Lake Maxinkuckee, Culver Academies encompasses 1,800 acres of green hills and woodlands, and a historic collegiate-like campus with beautiful Gothic buildings and architecture.


HOURS:

Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri - 9:00am - 2:30pm

Wed - 9:00am - Noon


RESPONSIBILITIES: The Barista will make specialty hot and cold coffee drinks, such as espresso, cappuccino, mocha and café latte. They will provide quality customer service, follow specific recipes, maintain a clean safe work environment, operate the cash register, and assist with maintaining an ample supply inventory for conducting business.

REQUIREMENTS: Applicants should have highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to meet people with ease. A High School Diploma is required, on the job training will be provided. Employees will be trained on the safe use of coffee machines, the procedures for grinding coffee, the preparation of coffee and specialty drinks and other aspects of the operation.


Employees may use our on-site Fitness Center, have one FREE meal during the workday, and receive a discount at the Campus Store and at the Uniform Shop.
