Warehouse Supervisor

The main responsibilities and challenges for this position are:

• Warehouse(s) management
• Shipping and Receiving
• Inventory control
• Raw material procurement
• Pull system implementation

Major measurable deliverables/ultimate goals:

• Zero EHS incidents in the area
• Zero customer complaints
• Zero delivery misses
• DWC (raw materials or finished goods)
• Aged inventory control
• Impact on plant PSY and MPI

Major Activities:

• Maintains and supervises an efficient scheduling system utilizing the latest systems and techniques to process customer orders in an accurate manner and allows for effective process through the manufacturing operation.
• Improves order processing systems to continuously decrease lead times.
• Oversee inventory on the plant floor, other CSI locations, and PolyCycle warehouse locations.
• Oversee order fulfillment.

This job requires Previous warehouse/logistics experience.

Previous experience in supervising/leading a diverse and dynamic team.

Oracle Experience Preferred

Strong computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); capable of collecting & presenting complex data & problem solving solutions.

Strong process and system understanding and capability, especially for warehousing.

Strong problem solving and leadership skills; excellent performance management skills for multiple disciplines.

Work Schedule: 8-hour days, with occasional after hours work

PPE: ANSI Z41 approved safety shoes, hearing and eye protection as appropriate for work area, gloves according to work task, and other PPE as assigned and required.

Tools and Equipment: Various writing utensils, radios, phone, computer, printers, fax machines, calculators, various computer software required for specific roles.
