~ The Senior Manager, Genesis Regional Marketing Operations is responsible for overseeing & managing all regional marketing activities within the designated Genesis Region.
~ These oversite activities include, but are not limited to, Tier 2 Retailer Advertising Associations, Retail Digital Marketing, Internet Lead and High Value Actions performance and analysis, Market Support Program (MSP) Initiative & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
Major Responsibilities
~ Use advanced knowledge to oversee the Genesis Retailer Ad Associations (RMAP) within the designated region.
~ Exercise independent judgment to measure, Analyze & Implement strategy to improve Retailer & Region lead handling performance.
~ Partner with the National Retail Marketing team to ensure proposer alignment with the Genesis Retailer Lead and Certified Website programs.
~ Oversee the execution of the Genesis Retailer Co-op program within the region.
~ Once launched, oversee the Retail Digital Strategy Consulting program.
~ Lead the regional alignment of the Genesis Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities; Genesis Gives and Genesis Inspiration Foundation.
~ Ensure Retailer Ad Compliance for all Tier 3 advertising.
~ As needed, partner with the National Office to develop and implement Market Support Programs (MSP) within the region.
~ Maintain monthly/yearly department expenses within established budget guidelines.
~ Responsible for planning & execution of Regional Organizational Meetings
~ Support the Regional General Manager with the Governance process (OCM/PRM)

~ Complete understanding of our National/Regional Incentive Programs. Responsible for assisting Market Managers in all retailer payment issues. This position interfaces with the National Incentive group on behalf of the Market Managers and dealership personnel.
~ Perform all other assigned duties (duties that are ancillary to this position and/or complement the essential duties) as required.
Authority
~ Responsible for processing all MSP payments.
~ Responsible for the fair and equitable distribution of dealership co-op.
~ Managerial/development responsibility for team members, as needed.
~ Budget management authority, as needed.
Education
~ Bachelor’s degree required.~ Master’s degree a plusRelated Experience
~ Eight years wholesale related automotive experienced desired with demonstrated abilities in direct dealer contacts.
~ Two to three years of supervisory experience desired.
~ Budget Management oversite.
