We are now looking for a Master Data Trainee, Source-to-Pay to join our team in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

What you will do

• Support global project of renewing Master Data Management tool
• Coordinate business relationships actively, take ownership of issues, solve & follow them through to resolution
• Encourage towards unified way of working, service excellence, continuous improvement and measurement of data quality and performance
• Promote collaboration and usage of master data best practices
• Ensure that policies, guidelines and data standards are followed in your daily work

Who you are

• You are still a student and you are available during working hours 08:00am – 04:00pm CET, Monday-Friday (can be discussed)
• You don’t need to have master data experience/knowledge; you will be trained Previous internships in master data/ source to pay areas are considered an asset
• You are fluent in English
• You have analytical skills and practical experience in MS Excel; experience with SAP is considered and asset
• You are responsible, service-oriented with positive attitude
• You take the ownership and get things done in an efficient and professional way
• You know how to lead yourself and prioritize your tasks, you have great communication, problem-solving and influencing skills
• You are interested in the discipline of data quality; methodical way of working and good attention to details are beneficial in this role

The position is located in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

We are offering a contract of mandate.

We offer a hybrid working model according to EU directive on work-life balance.
