Collins Aerospace, a business unit of Raytheon Technologies, is seeking a strong candidate to join the Power and Controls segment, on the CMS (Collins Management System) Supply Chain team.

The successful candidate will be the supply chain focal for the Heat Transfer production line supporting the Windsor Locks, CT site. They will be the single point of contact into the supply chain organization for their CMS Operations counterpart. Working together, the operations focal will share their highest priority supply challenges for their site, and the supply chain specialist will coordinate with supply chain teams across Power & Controls (procurement, supplier development, commodities, quality, etc.) to clear roadblocks, ensure all avenues for resolution are being pursued, and share the latest status on critical parts with their operations counterpart. This position will be the direct conduit between Heat Transfer production operations (supporting multiple customers) and supply chain. This role also has accountability for the execution of a supply chain strategy tied to site performance and future growth.

What You Will Do

• Understand and communicate critical parts status impacting the Heat Transfer/ Heat Exchanger production cell and convey recovery plans to operations counterparts.

• Work with internal teams to improve quality and delivery schedule from suppliers.
• Provide data/input in support of monthly sales & operations planning.
• This remote position will require occasional business travel to support supplier visits and Windsor Locks, CT site visits.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
