Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Clinical Manager at our Virginia Beach location. If you are looking for a career that offers professional satisfaction and growth, this may be the ideal opportunity!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day clinical operations
• Establish, implement, and monitor clinical policies and procedures 
• Oversee the hiring, evaluation, and training of clinical staff 
• Oversee the daily clinical process for the clinical team and provide problem solving expertise
• Ensure clinical supplies are adequately stocked and appropriately utilized
• Oversee Epic EMR as it relates to clinical workflows
• Improve clinical processes through standardization, cost reductions, and efficiencies
• Set up educational meetings, seminars, and training sessions for clinical staff
• Evaluate, recommend, and direct clinical equipment needs, purchases, and repairs
• Maintain a working knowledge of UVA research trials and studies
• Maintain a working knowledge of CLIA, OSHA, and other regulatory office requirements 

Requirements

Required License/Experience/Skills

• Minimum of 5 years’ related clinical experience 

Preferred License/Experience/Skills

• Previous management experience
