Summary: This role is responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations including the receipt, movement, storage, and distribution of goods. This role ensures efficient operation and continuous improvement across the supply chain, supporting the company’s growth and customer service objectives. This role focuses on the leadership and training of the warehouse staff, management of site inventory, and compliance with and food safety regulations.

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including quality assurance compliance, inventory control, space management, logistics, productivity, shipping, receiving and equipment safety.

Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency through motivation, training, leadership and effective communication.

Establish, monitor and manage operational, team and individual goals.

Train and manage the warehouse team to identify and solve operational issues.

Coordinate staffing by increasing or decreasing personnel and/or overtime to meet changing conditions.

Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts and physical inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize waste.

Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods to ensure timely and accurate deliveries and shipments.

Manage and audit Warehouse vendor invoices, including personnel, equipment and supplies to ensure accuracy and communicate concerns to the finance team.

Maintain detailed and accurate records regarding receipts, shipments, equipment and personnel.

Develop and coach the warehouse team, while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

Ensure material storage and transport is performed in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Work collaboratively with Operations, FSQ, Marketing, Finance and Sales teams to promote cross-functional teamwork, communication and ensure successful project execution.

QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
● 5+ years of experience in operations leadership, preferably in food and beverage manufacturing.
● Expertise in supply chain optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
● Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced supply chain management tools.
● Exceptional leadership and servant leadership skills, with a focus on team development and empowerment.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
● Deep understanding of food safety regulations, quality assurance, and operational compliance.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

In accordance with Minnesota's Pay Transparency Law (effective January 1, 2025), the salary range for this position is $75,000 - 95,000 annually.
