Work Schedule, Hours per week: varies, varies hours per week

Pay Range:  $50 per hour.

Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Leadership Instructor to join our Continuing Education team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, real-world leadership experience, and the ability to inspire and guide adult learners in their professional journeys.

  • Develop and deliver engaging, interactive, and practical leadership courses for adult learners.
  • Cover topics such as team management, communication skills, strategic planning, emotional intelligence, and decision-making.
  • Create and adapt course materials, including syllabi, presentations, and assessments, to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and collaboration.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and support their growth as leaders.
  • Stay current with industry trends and incorporate real-world examples into instruction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Leadership, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in business leadership, management, or a related role.
  • Prior teaching or training experience, especially with adult learners, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively engage and motivate a diverse group of students.
  • Familiarity with various instructional methods, including in-person, online, and hybrid formats.
