We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist to join our CollateralONE team. This role is located in New York.
Under direction, the Senior Specialist works closely with stakeholders to understand user needs, prioritize backlog items, and assist in executing Agile ceremonies for CollateralONE, with a focus on collateral management, liquidity, financing lifecycle, and treasury operations.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Product Execution:
- Writes clear specifications for minor features and contributes meaningfully to major feature specs, ensuring alignment with collateral and treasury management processes.
- Collaborates with the manager to make informed implementation trade-offs that balance timely delivery with product quality, minimizing post-launch issues.
- Conducts thorough quality assurance before product launches and effectively triages and prioritizes bugs, particularly those impacting financing and liquidity workflows.
Customer Insights:
- Utilizes data analytics to generate actionable insights that improve product functionality within the collateral and treasury domains.
- Partners with design teams to define user experience requirements and deliver designs that meet the specific needs of financing lifecycle and liquidity management users.
- Incorporates user feedback from usability tests, surveys, and other research methods to continuously enhance product relevance and usability in treasury operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assists in tracking and prioritizing the product backlog to ensure features align with the overall product strategy
- Participates in creating and maintaining documentation required for Agile ceremonies, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Defines user stories under stakeholder guidance, with a focus on collateral, financing lifecycle, and treasury management scenarios.
- Supports refinement and ongoing discussions of development user stories to ensure technical and business alignment.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Experience in financial services, particularly in collateral management, financing, liquidity, and treasury operations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and business intelligence software is a plus.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and operational standards in financial services.
