About the role

Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for an HR Admin. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:

Сomplete lifecycle of employee management, from hiring to intricacies of leave administration, contract modifications, and handling of dismissals, all while ensuring documentation standards
Сommunication among key stakeholders, including accountants, recruiters, HR Business Partners, and management

Key requirements:

Proven experience within an HR department, specifically in personnel management
In-depth knowledge of Polish labor law
Familiarity with the nuances of employing foreigners in Poland, including a general understanding of their employment processes
Proficiency in documentation management
Language skills: Native or near-native proficiency in Russian, with English at a B1 level and Polish at A2/B1
Exceptional communication skills
Work in Warsaw office

Will be a plus:

Knowledge of the processes involved in the legalization of foreign workers in Poland
