This role involves working directly with the customers to provide service support, share information on products and promotions, and assist with customer onboarding while representing our partnered clitents in a professional manner.

What You’ll Do:

• Interact directly with customers in a face-to-face setting

• Provide product and service information based on customer needs

• Assist with customer onboarding and account support

• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
