A Day in the Life
In this exciting role as a Maintenance Supervisor at our Ft. Worth, TX site, you will be primarily responsible for equipment repair and maintenance to maintain optimal working condition. This role ensures compliance with safety standards, coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. Schedule: First shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, M-F) with flexibility to cover other shifts (weekends) as needed.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Administer and optimize the CMMS to schedule preventive maintenance, manage work orders, and track asset history, spare parts and order points.
- Ensure timely response to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
- Analyze CMMS data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and EHS teams to support plant goals and compliance.
- Train team members on CMMS usage and ensure data integrity across all entries.
- Support capital projects, equipment installations.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

- Requires high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance
Nice to Have
- Proven experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Mainsaver, eMaint, or similar).
- Experience with maintenance and repair of electrical systems and mechanical systems.
- Experience implementing or upgrading a CMMS.
- PLC troubleshooting and automation systems experience.
- Ability to generate and interpret CMMS reports and KPIs.
- Familiarity with lean maintenance, TPM, or reliability-centered maintenance (RCM)
- PLC Programming Logic Controller Knowledge – Controls Knowledge
- Ability to read blueprints, technical schematics, and operating manuals.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, aerospace, etc.).
- Working knowledge of building automation systems.
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols or ISO-classified environments.
- Laser Safety Officer (LSO) ensure compliance with standards like ANSI Z136.1
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
