Talent Acquisition Representative (Temporary)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience with at least 1 year in Talent Acquisition.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• High School diploma or equivalent

Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Representative plays a key role in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent while also supporting the organization’s temporary staffing needs. This role is pivotal in supporting the talent acquisition team by performing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth hiring processes, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about contributing to a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS - Greenhouse) and other recruitment tools.
• Passion for finding and securing top talent.

Job Details:

• Position Type: Temporary (5-6+ months duration)
• Work Hours: Business Hours (M-F Onsite)
• Location: Onsite - Los Angeles (Vernon, CA)
• Pay: $68,640 - $70,000 annually ($2,860 - $2,916.67 semi monthly)
