Description
The Field Support Supervisor is the direct supervisor for the Field Support Representatives in the field. FSR Supervisor ensures that the department provides timely, professional and quality service to our customers and achieves department and corporate goals. Also provides Sales Administration support on projects, activities, confidential assignments with Sales Management (Vice President or Director).
Key Responsibilities
- Coach: For assigned Field Support Representatives
o Comprehensive reviews of calendars, notes and tasks assigned to each FSR
o Manage hours of the FSR’s to ensure that proper allocation of time is managed
o Assist in the hiring, replacement, and recruitment process
o Performs monthly 1:1’s
o Performs annual performance evaluations
- Supports recruiting and hiring of employees. May include creating job postings, logging, and distributing resumes, driving the on-boarding process between various internal departments.
- Supports and contributes positively to the Company's learning and development training and education process.
- Maintains clear communication with both Field Sales/Customer Service Management.
- Supports Field Sales with task completion based on VA facility requirements/expectations.
- Trains and provides clear direction/expectation on Tasks based on feedback from Field Sales/Customer Service Management.
- Monitors all work types to ensure timely completion.
- Assigns/monitors tasks daily.
- Completes baseline and Patient Instructions to assist with workload
- Monitors calendar/events to ensure proper scheduling/time management.
- Addresses/checks e-mails and voicemails daily.
- To assist and provide input into the development of policies and procedures of the company as needed by participating in program development, policy development, meeting planning, and product planning meetings.
- Submits monthly reports and information as requested and/or required.
- Supports the Sales Operations team and provide support when needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Experience / Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent
- Experienced in using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel, at an intermediate or higher level.
- SFDC, Concur and SharePoint experienced is desired.
- Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.
- Possess strong organizational skills, is detailed oriented, self-motivated, dependable, flexible and a problem solver.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with and ability to interact with a variety of personalities and styles.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a busy position.
- Ability to make administrative, procedural decisions and judgements on sensitive, confidential issues.
Physical Requirements
General office environment that will include frequent or continuous periods of talking, sitting, fingering, repetitive motions of the hands/wrists, reaching, grasping, and handling. This position also requires occasional bending, squatting, standing, and walking. Pushing, pulling lifting, and carrying of up to 10 lbs. is required on an occasional basis. Good general vision and hearing are needed.
