This role will use their analytical and organizational skills to support the execution of global projects that improve the clients' capabilities. This role will also utilize their project management experience to coordinate and/or support cross-functional programs and projects related to security operations, security-related training programs and crisis management.
**This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days onsite at one of our hub offices in Austin, TX, New York City, NY, or Bellevue, WA.**
**This is temporary role from December 16, 2024 to March 28, 2025.**
How You Will Make an Impact:
• Acts as the liaison and point of contact for both internal and cross-functional projects.
• Evaluates project status and resource utilization; implements changes as needed; reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
• Create project plans and builds consensus among diverse sets of stakeholders.
• Supports management through project planning and coordination to meet commitments on time and within resource limitations; with client and management approval, assists with the determination of
• requirements, priorities and monitoring of progress.
• Works within program discipline and develops expertise as the documentation subject matter expert (SME), to expedite revisions, corrections, and changes to previously published documentation.
• Meets regularly with client management for status updates.
• Leads daily operations and directs the implementation of standards, procedures and best practices that ensures a cohesive, consistent and uniformed global program.
• Work directly with client to develop strategies, programs, systems and tools that enhances the approach in keeping employees safe and secure.
• May manage builds of new construction, retrofits, and existing security needs, security system vendor selection, and new technology updates.
• Regularly communicates updates on emerging technologies, solutions and projects that may impact business operations, employees or vendors.
• Provides ongoing communication of planning, project status, issues and risks in a timely fashion to internal security teams, cross functional management and executive teams.
• Manages performance metrics to evaluate progress and success.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and experience
• PMP or similar certification preferred
• Previous experience with global technology company preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as a project specialist
• Excellent organizational skills while working on several projects at once
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and quality (effective in both 1:1 and large group situations)
• Action oriented with a passion for getting things done efficiently and effectively, with ability to interact and influence at various professional levels across diverse cultures
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite Google suite and project management software such as Asana
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment

• Ability to quickly learn and master new technology
