The Senior Finance Director will act as a finance business partner to Chief Supply Chain & Manufacturing Officer and their organization.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Senior Finance Director will act as a finance business partner to Chief Supply Chain & Manufacturing Officer and their organization.
As the Senior Finance Director for Supply Chain and Manufacturing, you will:
- Develop and lead a global high-performing team.
- Set up a process to manage cost, delivery schedules and quality of products.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning and forecasting of supply chain group, including procurement, logistics and manufacturing functions,
- Manage working capital accounts; i.e. inventory, AR, AP.
- Provide critical financial insights into supply chain decisions, e.g. partnerships with contract manufacturers, commercial negotiations, IRA modeling, capex projects assessment.
- Support Sales & Operating Planning (S&OP) process.
- Manage systems and processes development.
- Prepare presentation materials for Executive Leadership and Board of Directors meetings
- Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in Supply Chain Finance roles with a similar focus. Background in industrial manufacturing is required. Energy or energy storage business knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in managing business of >$1 billion annual revenue is a must have.
- Proven team leadership and strong communication skills.
- Capability to manage the financial performance of Supply Chain / Operation group, operating in a high growth environment, on track with budget and other defined goals.
- Bachelor’s, and preferably Master’s, degree(s) with a major in accounting, business administration, finance or equivalent training.
