Maintenance Technician

Description

Responsibilities:

• General maintenance and repairs on equipment and building
• Preventative maintenance
• Troubleshooting equipment

Commitments and Location:

• Full-time role based in Dixon, IL
• Day Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 3:00pm

Benefits Include:

• Pay Rate of $20.30 -$26.40
• Productivity Bonus, paid quarterly. Average 2023 payout was $6/hour. Payouts are based on overall company profitability, quality, and attendance.

Requirements

• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to utilize test equipment including scopes and analyzers, as required
• Safely perform work following OSAH and EAP guidelines
• Read and work with electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, maintenance manuals, and parts list to repair and install equipment.
• 2 years of mechanical experience, preferred
• Strong electrical/mechanical abilities and experience with PLCs preferred.
