This facility operates five days a week with the potential for overtime and produces raw and fully cooked meat products. 

Position Summary:

Our Parts Room Attendant would maintain inventory in the inventory tracking system; dispensing parts and tools to maintenance personnel as needed.

Our Parts Room Attendant would be working 1st Shift, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday, 7:00AM-5:30PM, 10 Hour Days. The pay rate is $22.40/hr. non-negotiable, with benefits, medical/vision/dental & a chance to join a great team!

Responsibilities:

  • Performing usage analysis; keeping parts room clean and orderly.

  • Identifying and monitoring parts flow by parts numbers.

  • Receiving all maintenance parts.

  • Fill out our receiving reports for accounts payable.

  • Delivering parts to maintenance personnel as needed.

  • Stocking inventory in the parts room.

  • Printing documentation on inventory replenishment.

  • Knowledge of parts and tools used in plants.

  • Prioritize daily work with minimum supervision, and work on other assigned duties by supervision.

  • Other tasks in these positions will be to stand, sit, bend, walk, stretch, climb, push, pull, kneel, squat, and reach frequently overhead.

  • Must be willing and able to lift, carry, push, and pull 20-70 pounds individually, and/or with assistance frequently throughout the shift.

  • Maintenance Inventory is critical for this role.

  • Must be willing to be certified in pallet jack, and forklift.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience: 1 year of parts room/inventory experience required

  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required; must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Prior experience in SAP is a plus. Strong Data Entry Skills

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively, including the ability to read, understand labels, and follow instructions.

  • Special Skills: Knowledge of parts and tools used in a plant; ability to prioritize work.

  • Basic Math Skills

  • Supervisory: NA

  • Travel: NA

  • Must be willing and able to work overtime and weekends. 

  • Must reside in the United States to be considered.

  • Must be able to perform other duties assigned by supervisors and/or managers.
