Raytheon Doha and the Raytheon LADS Human Resource team is in search of a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner with an energetic professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in the human resource discipline. You will report to the LADS HR Vice President as a member of the LADS HR team.
In this key leadership role within the LADS HR team, you will implement and execute human resources strategies across Raytheon Doha. As an HR Business partner, you will work closely with the Raytheon Doha Managing Director to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives, proactively resolves HR and business issues, and provides solutions through organizational effectiveness and employee life cycle.
You will be responsible for and/or serves as an HR liaison for all human resource aspects, such as: talent management, labor relations, employment, employee engagement, change management, organizational design and development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and/or training, coaching and development, and workforce planning for the Raytheon Doha organization. Additionally, you will be responsible to drive daily operational requirements that help drive business objectives through the human resource function while working collaboratively with Program Management Office and Cross Business Teams to accomplish Qatar Mission Center strategic objectives.
This onsite role will be in Doha, Qatar on a long-term international assignment with additional compensation.
What You Will Do
- Partner with leadership to communicate and implement Human Resource programs that support the business goals and drive results in a complex matrix environment.
- Manage local Human Resources policies and practices to be in alignment with RTX governance and local regulations for Raytheon Doha and RAYSEAS legal entities.
- Manage the relationship with the in-country immigration vendors to maintain efficient operations in the deployment of business travelers, short term assignees, and long-term assignees.
- Administer in-country benefits including the enrollment of employees into the company benefits program, the management of the pre-employee screening and other related duties.
- Effectively execute human resource processes including performance management, salary planning, staffing and retention, employee relations, and development.
- Manage employee resource utilization across assigned HR activities and client groups.
- Assist with investigations related to human resource compliance issues, prepares documentation, and makes appropriate recommendations based on investigation findings.
- Partner with Global Mobility and International Human Resources.
- Consult with local leadership and US-based team members regarding compliance with local laws, required processes, and knowledge of matters related to government requirements for labor and employment for Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.
- Provide timely, high quality and impactful employee communications to educate, motivate and engage employees.
- Lead a multi-cultural HR Operational team to support strategic Mission Center objectives.
