Senior Decision Support Analyst

The primary responsibilities of this job role will be to work directly with a major Financial Services, long tenured, Acxiom client. This role will include a lot of client interaction and so a working knowledge of the financial services industry either at Acxiom or a similar company will be vital for this role. Additionally, if you have experience working for a financial services company in any marketing services capacity, you may be a good candidate for this role. This role will primarily be supporting analytic activities for a VP level executive and his team at this large Financial Services client.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain advanced analytical models and tools to support business decisions.
• Work closely with colleagues across different departments to gain insights into their unique data requirements and deliver timely reports.
• Plan and conduct experiments to evaluate hypotheses and enhance performance.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and other relevant individuals in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Passionate about SAS: Do you love diving into data with SAS? We're looking for someone with a strong skills and knowledge in SAS to join our team!
• A People Person: Are you someone who excels in client interactions? We're seeking individuals with good communication skills who enjoy engaging with clients.
• Financial Services Background: Have you worked in financial services before? Your experience in this field could be a great fit for our team!
• Tech Savvy: Do you have experience with SQL & PuTTY? We're looking for someone who can effectively apply these tools to excel in their role.

Nice to haves:

• Credit Card Marketing Experience: Have you worked in credit card marketing before? Your expertise in this area would be a valuable addition to our team!
• Campaign Marketing Enthusiast: Have you had exposure to campaign marketing, particularly with Unica or IBM Campaigns? We'd love to hear about your experience!
• Microsoft Office Pro: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint? Your skills could help us deliver impactful presentations and reports.
