Responsibilities

Provides oversight of the daily operations of the employed physician enterprise and works with the related professional officers to ensure financial success, managing growth and maintaining the organization’s premier reputation in the suburban Philadelphia area. Develops strategic plans, directs and coordinates administrative activity, reporting and analyzing practice operations, monitoring billing performance and overall financial and operational performance.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience 1. Minimum of five years of prior experience managing in a healthcare setting that includes implementing operational plans and analyzing financial and quality data. 2. Prefer previous experience managing multiple physician practices with an employed physician base. 3. Prefer experience with electronic health records and billing systems. 4. Masters degree in health administration or other related field preferred.
