General Manager

We are looking for a Mechanical General Manager with good understanding of both construction and service teams. Field knowledge with HVAC systems from RTUs to Chillers and more.

Position Summary

The General Manager will lead the team to achieve aggressive growth and success in the market. The General Manager has full P&L ownership. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, a competitive growth mindset, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage company operations to deliver excellent customer service, quality control, and profitability.

• Develop and implement strategic plans and growth goals for the company.
• Build long-term business relationships with clients

• Build a high-performance team of leaders in the organization and optimize productivity.

• Develop and maintain operations policies, procedures, and standards to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver high-quality results.

• Oversee the financial operations of the company, including managing budgets and financial objectives, achievement of sales targets, controlling expenses, providing financial reporting, and delivering results.
