This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work. Remote employees are expected to have a dedicated, quiet and distraction-free work space and an internet connection that’s sufficient for completing their job remotely.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Finance Director for Global Supply Chain and Product Engineering, this position is responsible for overseeing the financial review, analysis, and consolidation of actual results, forecasts, estimates, and the annual operating plan for Supply Chain Finance. Partners with various Supply Chain finance teams to align on and communicate out business drivers to the organization.  Serves as Supply Chain finance representative for finance transformation initiatives and maintains the cadence of finance reviews with the broader Supply Chain organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the annual plan, forecasts, and monthly estimates
  • Reviews financial performances and reporting, is able to challenge assumptions, and provides insightful commentary and forecasts
  • Interprets raw data and information in a way that helps the company make critical financial and business
  • Owns cadence of operating reviews with Supply Chain organization and templates for review
  • Develops metrics and reporting to be used to support the business and drive decisions
  • Embraces a data drive approach to business partnership (BI and dashboard experience a plus)
  • Partners with broader finance organization to develop and deploy initiatives to eliminate non-value activities while driving efficiency and simplification
  • Serves as single point of contact within Supply Chain Finance for Corporate FP&A
  • Consolidates reporting for Supply Chain cost productivity initiatives and helps to communicate results to executive levels
  • Serves as Supply Chain lead for financial systems transformation
     

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Required

Education Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or Accounting is preferred. 
  • An MBA or CPA is Preferred. SAP Certifications a plus.

Experience Requirements

Required

  • Minimum of 7 year of finance experience with increasing levels of responsibility and experience in manufacturing based organization
  • Ability to recognize improvement opportunities and drive organizational change 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex messages in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to use data and operating results to communicate the drivers of business performance 
  • Strong Technical and Systems orientation- experience with SAP and Onestream desired
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and make key decisions - managing multiple projects concurrently with limited direct supervision
  • Possesses the ability to lead teams and effectively work through others - with the ability to influence cross-functional team members

Preferred

  • Onestream, SAP, and BI experience
  • Experience working in a global organization and matrixed environments
  • Product costing experience
